Ensil Warranty
Ensil provides a limited warranty on repair work performed for a period of one hundred and
twenty (120) days on parts and labor from the time of shipping of the products to the customer.
This limited warranty is non-transferable, and does not cover software or firmware embedded
in circuit boards or damages resulting from shipping or packaging, Electro Static Discharge,
Lightning, abuse, installation or tampering by unauthorized persons. Ensil's limited warranty
covers only the work performed on the original defect. Ensil's obligations under this warranty
are limited to the repair and service, performed by Ensil, that proves to be defective, Which in
no event shall exceed the amount the customer paid for the original services. Ensil reserves
the right to inspect products for which warranty claims are made. Ensil makes no other
warranties or promises, express or implied, by operation of law or otherwise, including, and
without limitation, any warranties of non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose, or any express or implied warranties or contract terms or amendments arising out of:
course of performance, course dealing, or usage of trade. To the maximum extent permitted
by applicable law, in no event shall Ensil be liable for any indirect, special incidental or
consequential damages arising from repair work performed by Ensil. At Ensil's discretion,
repair work may be performed at any Ensil facility regardless of origin. Estimated repair time
may change depending upon availability of parts and/or other factors.
